Grade 2 USAF "Dumbo Collar" OG-107 Field Jacket

Model is 5' 11" and 165 pounds wearing a small/regular.

Before the standardization of the M65 Field Jacket across all services, the USAF adopted an interim design. A unique design, the hood creates an extremely oversized collar, an improvement over the button-on design of the preceding M51. In addition, these jackets use buttons on both the cuffs and front rather than a zipper.

The presence of a proto-M65 hood and some subtle aspects of the M51 field jacket is notable; these coats are an essential addition for any collector or anybody looking for a jacket with nice features and a rich history. 

These jackets are tough to find; all jackets sold are heavily worn with varying damage, hence this is a grade 2 listing.
