US Repro Black M1938 Wire Cutter

One of the more critical, albeit less exciting, implements of war. These are M1938-inspired wire cutters designed to cut wire in only the most tactical and high-speed combat scenarios. 

Meant to support sabotage operations, forum posts heavily debate whether the original implements were suitable for only 30kV or possibly more than 50kV power lines. Be sure to tell us how reenacting that goes in your review.
